Description
Surfa Hi-tint Universal stainers can be used to tint all kinds of paints- Emulsions, Enamels, or Distempers. It can be used to with air drying or stoving glossy, matt & for interior applications.
Usage is easy - just add the stainer to unthinned paint and stir vigourously. The mixing is quick complete and opens up to a world of beautiful shades.
